These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ClaimRestored ("the Platform") and the services provided by LossIntel Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the Platform.

Our AI analysis is informational only and should not be construed as legal advice, a legal opinion, or a substitute for consultation with a qualified attorney. ClaimRestored provides an AI-powered insurance claim analysis platform designed to help policyholders understand their hurricane insurance claims in Florida. Our services include:
- •Free claim review and analysis using 10 specialized AI agents
- •Visual damage assessment from uploaded photos
- •Recovery gap analysis (comparison of carrier offer vs. estimated damages)
- •Risk assessment and priority alerts
- •Connection to public adjuster representation (optional, paid service)

3. Limitation of Liability

LIABILITY CAP: To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClaimRestored's total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $0 if no payment was made).
EXCLUDED DAMAGES: ClaimRestored is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
4. User Responsibilities
By using the Platform, you agree to:

5. Pricing and Refund Policy

Our initial claim analysis is completely free. No credit card is required to use our basic analysis service.
Premium Services
Premium services (public adjuster representation, legal consultation, priority support) are offered at published rates.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you purchase a premium service and are not satisfied, we offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.
6. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Governing Law: These Terms and all matters arising from your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Jurisdiction: You agree that any legal action or proceeding relating to the Platform shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

8. Modifications to Terms

You agree not to use the Platform to:
